1. Telemarketers (Based in Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Convert the leads provided by the company into memberships
• Explain the products or services and answer customers questions in relation to the products and services
• Create/update customer’s details in the database

Requirements for the Role:

• SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree
• Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Driven to earn higher income level
• Experience in telemarketing /telesales is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player within a target –driven environment
• Proficient with MS Office Applications
• Able to start work immediately
• Positions are available at these locations- Wisma Ali Bawal, Petaling Jaya
  - Menara TA One, Kuala Lumpur

2. Executive-Customer Service (Based in Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Answer customer calls and /or respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
• Provide the customers with all the required information in relation to the clients products and services
• Timely follow up with customers requiring further assistance and escalations

Requirements for the Role:

• SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to converse in Mandarin and Tamil will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Broadband / Internet Services/Windows Operating systems is an advantage
• Experience in telemarketing /telesales is an advantage
• Pleasant tone of voice and a good disposition with a positive working attitude
• Dynamic, highly motivated, result –oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Applications
• Ability to work shifts
• Able to start work immediately
